There are certainly forgotten the legendary Galaxy Nexus , smartphone unfortunately no longer supported by Google due to technical problems due to the end of support for such a device by Texas Instruments.

Some people, however, has not yet decided to give up this wonderful device from Samsung, still owned by thousands of users, so the guys OmiRom have worked continuously to develop a rom Android 4.4 KitKat for that device.

This Rom was published just a few hours, but you can certainly define more stable and 100% functional, since we’re talking still a version nigtly.

team OmniRom has warranted that they want to continue to develop more stable rom for Galaxy Nexus , but it will take time before you can delete all the bugs and before the firmware is quite stable and usable.

If you want to try in the meantime you can download it through this link, even if you want to stay still to Android Jelly Bean, waiting to come out at least a release candidate.
