Nexus Root Toolkit is the software designed and developed to help owners of the Nexus series of Android devices to perform procedures such as customizing unlocking the bootloader, permits ROOT and flash custom recovery in a few clicks. Recently updated to version 1.8.0 , the software is easy to use, user friendly interface about, and as the only requirement requires a computer with a Windows operating system on which they are installed correctly drivers their device.

THIRD STEP: . Once you have completed the procedure to unlock the bootloader, you can upgrade to get the permits ROOT. WARNING : For those wishing to install a custom recovery , however, to replace the default one, just flag the word “custom recovery” under the root button before starting the procedure for permits. By default, the application is set to install the TWRP recovery, but if you want to install a different recovery simply specify the tab Custom Recovery. As shown in the image above.

If none of the items available will satisfy you, because you are going to install a recovery found on the web, choose “Utilize alternate custom recovery image.” From the window that opened, select the image file you want to install the recovery and proceed.
