FIRST STEP . Go to this page to start the download of the two files (4.4_qc-optimized_dalvik.zip and 4.4_qc-optimized_bionic.zip) we’re going to flash using the same name option in the recovery menu. Move them both, and to download finished without extracting, in the external memory device.
